My first encounter with the Truth occurred in the spring of 1975 when my motorcycle broke down on the freeway. Brother Cliff Terrell, thinking me a boy, stopped to help.  He invited me to Alan Hayword’s lecture and when he found me stubborn, introduced me to Mike and Loanne Clements, who were my principle teachers in the meeting.

I was baptized on October 15, 1975 and am very grateful to Yahweh for his grace.
