Description: A historic biblical overview of the relationship of Egypt to the people of God. God is with his people, overcoming some of the difficulties Egypt has made for his people, both historically and more recently in the forming of the modern nation, and in the 1948, 1967 and 1973 wars. Israel was originally formed as a nation in Egypt, and brought up through the wilderness, over 40 years, and finally into the promised land. In the Kingdom when Christ rules, Egypt will finally be healed, and become a sister nation to Israel, together with Assyria.
