Many Christians are now questioning the validity of the Genesis account and are making efforts to interpret these early chapters of Genesis to fall in line with modern evolutionary teachings. Theistic evolution is not a scientific theory, but a range of views about how the science of general evolution relates to religious beliefs in contrast to special creation views.
