Description: Gideon, a man who demonstrated his faith by his works of faith. A faith based on sound evidence, through the divine intervention of the fleeces and the words of the Midianite. We too can have such a faith and enjoy the same conviction through the evidence of so much fulfilled prophecy. Gideon overcomes fear in some rather tortuous and dangerous circumstances, in order to keep God’s word, and in so doing obtained a good report, and will find favour when the Lord returns.
