Without God (and a belief in Him) when a man or woman dies it is as thought they had never been born. But it doesn’t have to be like this because eternal life is offered if certain qualifying conditions are met, like belief, baptism and manifesting the character of God to the best of our ability.

Our belief, whatever it is, gives us direction and focus in life. We need to choose whether to live like the animals, from day to day without an eye to the future, or follow God’s plans for the earth so that we can be part of it.
