The War Against Parental and Biblical Influence in Children’s lives
We are living in the time of the end, in perilous times when the love of self rules the day. Bible based morality is under attack around the planet and parents are losing their ability to teach Biblical morality in their own homes. They are outlawed from “training up their children in the way they should go” and having say in their own children’s morality – at any age.
The scriptures are clear about the situation in the last days before Christ’s return:
“This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.” (2 Timothy 3:1–5)
This is the world we live in today. The love of self drives society on every level, leading to new levels of unholiness that are unparalleled in the history. There have been ages where immorality reigned in society, but rarely has the world seen state-sponsored immorality on the level it is seen today, where governments not on protect but promote and enforce behaviour that not even fifty years ago would have been outlawed.
Origin of the Species
The debate about gender is as unscientific as it gets. The Bible is very clear, and Jesus Christ himself reiterated what his Father had instituted with a very clear statement:
“But from the beginning of creation, ‘God made them male and female.’” (Mark 10:6)
There are only two genders, and have only been two genders from the beginning of creation. The Lord Jesus Christ underscored this basic biological fact.
If it was left to pure biology, the entire LGBTQ movement would not continue, but would breed itself out of existence. Darwin’s theory of “survival of the fittest” would see it disappear as it could not reproduce itself biologically.
The movement reproduces itself through infecting the minds of men and women, and these days of boys and girls with evil thoughts. This is human nature at its worst corrupting itself and leading the world into sin. The Lord defined it succinctly:
“And he said, “What comes out of a person is what defiles him. For from within, out of the heart of man, come evil thoughts, sexual immorality, theft, murder, adultery, coveting, wickedness, deceit, sensuality, envy, slander, pride, foolishness. All these evil things come from within, and they defile a person.”” (Mark 7:20–23 ESV)
The nonsensical debate about gender has its roots in the French Revolution. The Bible speaks of the unclean teachings that came from the French Revolution using the symbology of frogs in Revelation:
“And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs come out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet. For they are the spirits of devils, working miracles, which go forth unto the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty.” (Revelation 16:13–14)
These “frog spirits” or teachings end up drawing the world into the battle of Armageddon. The frog spirits were the doctrines that came from the French Revolution under the three banners of liberty, equality, and fraternity. This has been the flag under which all the social movements since the French Revolution have rallied, whether humanism, socialism, Marxism, communism, or all the latest flavors that include various types of sexual socialism.
These are described in the book of Revelation as “spirits of devils”. Spirits are teachings or doctrines. Devils is the Greek word daimon, and describes the confused and sensual reasoning of the flesh:
“This wisdom descendeth not from above, but is earthly, sensual, devilish. For where envying and strife is, there is confusion and every evil work.” (James 3:15–16)
The type of devilish (or demonian) thinking is “sensuous” described by a concordance as being “governed by the sensuous nature with its subjection to appetite and passion.” It is earthly, and only concerns itself with earthly things having not the slightest spiritual inclination. It brings about ‘confusion’ defined as “instability, a state of disorder and disturbance, inconstant and restless.” Nothing could describe today’s morality more fittingly. It results in evil works, or actions that are base and wicked in God’s view.
One of the leading philosophers of the French Revolution, Jean Jacques Rousseau, stated the following in his book one education titled Emile:
“Our passions are the chief means of self-preservation; to try to destroy them is therefore as absurd as it is useless; this would be to overcome nature, to reshape God’s handiwork. If God bade man annihilate the passions he has given him, God would bid him be and not be; He would contradict himself…”
But that is exactly what God did. He condemned the base passions of the flesh and encouraged man to overcome his nature, and reshape himself in his own moral image, as his only Son Jesus Christ had done:
“Put to death therefore what is earthly in you: sexual immorality, impurity, passion, evil desire, and covetousness, which is idolatry. On account of these the wrath of God is coming. In these you too once walked, when you were living in them.” (Colossians 3:5–7 ESV)
Instead, they were encouraged:
“If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God. Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth. For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God.” (Colossians 3:1–3)
Yet today, the very reverse is what is encouraged in society.
Schools are the Incubator of Humanism
Like Rousseau, schools teach children to explore their passions, their sexual immorality, impurity and evil desires. Not to do so would be considered repression of the true human spirit.
In Canada the controversy has been seen in the school systems across the nation. Schools are often the seedbed of humanistic thought. School districts seem to operate with autonomy from government. Militant liberalism has gripped the systems. Andrew P. Johnson, Ph.D. from Minnesota State University wrote a book called Teaching Strategies for all Teachers in which he stated:
Humanistic learning theory is based on the premise that all humans have a natural tendency to grow, to learn, and to develop fully. Carl Rogers described this as an instinctive inner core that moves people toward reaching their full potential (Rogers, 1969). Abraham Maslow (1968) used the term “self-actualization” to describe humans’ innate, natural progression to their highest state.
Humanistic education then seeks to create educational experiences that align with these natural desires. When students learn naturally, they learn more, they learn more joyously, and they learn more deeply. However, when students are coerced into learning through external motivation they learn less and they learn to not like learning.
Among his “five common goals of education” he listed:
To facilitate the development of fully functioning, self-actualized human beings who have the capacity to nurture themselves, others, and their environment;
To promote the discovery of each student’s passions, special talents, and abilities.
This concept of self-actualizing human beings who discover their passions is summed up by the biblical prohibition giving under the law:
“You shall not at all do as we are doing here today—every man doing whatever is right in his own eyes—” (Deuteronomy 12:8 NKJV)
However, that is exactly what we see.
Legislated Disobedient to Parents
In Canada today there is a debate that is being broadcast around the world. School boards across the country have put in place policies that legislate the “self-actualization” of children, and remove the parent’s authority completely. The Toronto District School Board policy states:
Privacy. All students have a right to privacy; unless specifically directed by the student, schools must keep a student’s transgender/gender non‐conforming status confidential. Therefore, school staff should not disclose a student’s transgender/gender non‐conforming status to others unless there is a specific “need to know” (e.g., to fulfill a specific accommodation request).
Some transgender and gender non‐conforming students are not open about their identity at home for safety or other reasons. A school should never disclose a student’s gender non‐conformity or transgender status to the student’s parent(s)/guardian(s)/caregiver(s) without the student’s explicit prior consent. This is true regardless of the age of the student.
This enforces “disobedience to parents.” Schools are “never to disclose” to the parents a child’s decision to change their gender “regardless of the age of the student.” This takes away a parent’s ability to enforce Biblical morality in their own homes. It was Joshua who made the statement that many Christian parents have adopted:
“As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.” (Joshua 24:15)
Abraham was commended by God for his role in teaching his children:
“For I know him, that he will command his children and his household after him, and they shall keep the way of the Lord, to do justice and judgment; that the Lord may bring upon Abraham that which he hath spoken of him.” (Genesis 18:19)
Both Abraham and Joshua are shining examples, who God commends, but the world would condemn them today.
The Apostle Paul’s instruction to children is cast aside:
“Children, obey your parents in the Lord: for this is right.” (Ephesians 6:1)
“Children, obey your parents in all things: for this is well pleasing unto the Lord.” (Colossians 3:20)
There has hit the headlines as parents are finally realizing what has been going on in Canada since for the past twenty years. In New Brunswick, Saskatchewan and Ontario governments are attempting to give parents some control of over their own families once again.
The BBC reported on July 3 under the headline “LGBT school policy change causes political turmoil in Canada” that New Brunswick was amending the law. The article stated:
A controversial policy change that bars teachers from using a student’s preferred pronouns without parental permission will soon go into effect in New Brunswick despite pushback. It has caused political turmoil in the Canadian province.
This caused backlash from the Canadian Prime Minister speaking at Pride event when he stated:
“Right now, trans kids in New Brunswick are being told they don’t have the right to be their true selves, that they need to ask permission. Well, Trans kids need to feel safe, not targeted by politicians. We have to stand against. We have to stand up for the freedoms we believe in and continue our work of letting love be louder than hate.
When asked about New Brunswick’s position, Canada’s leader of the opposition Pierre Poilievre stated:
“I know that Justin Trudeau has butted into that. The prime minister has no business in decisions that should rest with provinces and parents. So my message to Justin Trudeau is butt out, and let provinces run schools and parents raise kids.”
Saskatchewan introduced a “Parental Inclusion and Consent Policy” gives parents the right to know what is going on in the school with their children. A judge ruled to pause the parental consent legislation, but the premier Scott Moe stated that he would recall the legislative assembly to use the use the “notwithstanding clause” to overrule the judge.
The premier stated:
“The default position should never be to keep a child’s information from their parents,” he said, adding that the policy had “the strong support of a majority of Saskatchewan residents, in particular, Saskatchewan parents”.
Follow exposure of this controversy, the Ontario Minister of Education Stephen Lecce made the following statement:
We are simply making clear as a province that we believe that parents should be fully involved, fully aware of what’s happening to their children. These are significant changes, and they have a right to know, and so we would expect school boards to be transparent with parents as we always have.
Katherine Wynne, the former Premier of Ontario, and former Education Minister (the first openly gay premiere in Canada), responded with the following:
This policy could put children at risk. As PFLAG has said, if a child is not ready to tell a parent that he or she is thinking about who he or she is, who they are, then you could you put that child at risk in disclosing that in a form letter to a parent. And you know for some kids school is the safest place in their lives, because home is not safe because parents are homophobic, or transphobic and the children know that…
If they bring in this policy then they are basically supporting a policy that is transphobic, that is homophobic and is dangerous to kids. You know we have been working for fifty years, more than fifty years in this province to create schools that are safe places for all children, and this would roll back the clock, and deny the right of children to be who they are at school.
These types of controversies are ongoing around the world. At the center of it is a parents rights to teach Biblical morality to their children, and the schools rights to keep parents from knowing what their children are being taught, or doing in their lives.
The UK has also had this issue flaming up all over the country. Lawyer Dr Anna Loutfi is bringing a class-action lawsuit against the British Government. In an interview on GB News had the following to say:
I think we’ve lost, thanks to the third sector, which has now seized complete control of education in this area called PSHE, we have lost control of regulation, in the same manner we would loose control and there had been a military coup, and we had a hunter taking control of the schools. We’re simply not allowed to have a conversation about what these materials are for, what the purpose of them is. But more importantly, we have, as a nation, (speaking about the UK), we have lost any discernment about what age groups are suitable for certain kinds of materials, we simply have stopped having that conversation. All materials provided by the third sector to schools are considered to be appropriate, because the third sector has appointed itself experts in the area, and therefore if something is considered age-inappropriate by a teach or a parent, but the experts, the third sector says, “no, no this is absolutely fine,” that becomes the end of the conversation, and any parent, any teacher, any young person has qualms, as we saw in the school in East Sussex where two thirteen year old girls raised questions about what they were being taught in PSHE, they are actually insulted and called bigots.
So it is not just about the age-inappropriate materials, there is also the ideological aspect. So children are being taught, and I’ve seen materials that prove this, in a number of schools children are being taught, often by outside agents, that there are over 100 genders, or that we each have an innate sexed-soul, gendered soul, this is effectively a quasi-religious belief taught as fact.
I can cite materials, my favorite example is the one of the gender galaxy, when you talk about religious cults we have a “gender galaxy.”
The messaging is really clear, but it uses pseudo-scientific astronomical imagery to present the idea that in the universe there is the exciting galaxy that is all these genders, and then there is the boring male and female assigned at birth. If you are a young person and you would like to be cool, or you would like to be interesting, or you’d like to be different, this is a clear pathway for you to have an identity that signals you out as interesting, and unfortunately we know, as James who was just on now pointed out, we know that this links children into pathways social and medical which are irreversible and do result in mutilated bodies.
When asked about specific groups who were re-defining the laws she had the following to say:
The question is why Mermaids and Stonewall have decided to redefine the law according to their fantasy world where gender reassignment is a process that is something that anyone at any age, even in the womb, can engage in. And anybody who questions that is a bigot, and you are not allowed to raise very basic safeguarding concerns about what might happen to somebody under the age of 18 who starts interfering with their biology.
When asked why are governments capitulating to this kind of thing she stated:
We live in a society that is not only anti-intellectual (which means that sound bites rule) but we live in a society that is also driven by repetition of slogans and mantras: if you say something often enough it becomes a reality.
The interviewer then asked about the need to be inclusive for young people who were struggling – and shouldn’t society protect their decisions to which she responded:
I would say that we struggle with a lot of things, but we cannot, as a society, say that anything you struggle with society will embrace your desire to be something other than you are. Because if that is true, many young people struggle with suicide ideation, so therefore we should affirm suicide in young people who wish to self-harm, anorexics who wish to starve themselves to death, or people who wish to cut their arms with razor blades are expressing an inner struggle and an idealistic notion of escape from their reality. It is not the business to facilitate that self-harm, and we have to be as a country, and as a culture and as a moral society discerning about what we embrace, what we encourage and what we don’t. The fact that a child is struggling is not in and of itself justification for the entire society to facilitate a pathway to self-destruction.
The true answer of course, lies in the word of God, not in the laws of men. It is interesting to hear through her voice the forces at play and what they are doing in British Society.
Wokeism: The New Fascism
Anyone who speaks out about the rights of parents to teach their children Biblical truths is “cancelled”. Anyone who disagrees with the militant liberal left is “cancelled.” The “trial by public opinion” is reminiscent of the French Revolution where under the Reign of Terror when thousands go to the guillotine without trial, guilty by accusation.
British author Frederick Forsyth summed up Wokeism in two recently held interviews. In an interview on Good Morning Britain, he stated of Wokeism:
It is a kind of fascism because it says “you will think the way we think, you will talk the way we talk, you will believe what we believe, and we will control you.”
In a GBN interview he stated:
Wokeism is a form of dictatorship. I dislike dictatorship. It says, as all dictators do, two things: “I am right and everyone else is wrong;” and B, “If you attempt to express your view, you’ll be punished.” That’s a hallmark of dictator, it’s a hallmark of wokeism.”
The world has gone mad. What was right is now wrong and outlawed, and what was wrong is now considered right and enforced. The words of Isaiah are coming to fruition:
“Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; That put darkness for light, and light for darkness; That put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter! Woe unto them that are wise in their own eyes, And prudent in their own sight!” (Isaiah 5:20–21)
Since the Bible has been remove from society in Canada, the United States, Britain and most western nations – they have completely lost their moral compass. As the prophet Hosea stated of ancient Israel who forgot God:
“For they have sown the wind, and they shall reap the whirlwind: It hath no stalk: the bud shall yield no meal: If so be it yield, the strangers shall swallow it up.” (Hosea 8:7)
There never been a greater need for the return of Christ to whom God will give the rule over all nations:
“Give the king thy judgments, O God, And thy righteousness unto the king’s son. He shall judge thy people with righteousness, And thy poor with judgment.” (Psalm 72:1–2)
This will be a time when the world will have the veil of darkness removed:
“And he will destroy in this mountain The face of the covering cast over all people, And the vail that is spread over all nations.” (Isaiah 25:7)
For a righteous law will go out of Zion that will be for all nations:
“And many nations shall come, and say, Come, and let us go up to the mountain of the Lord, And to the house of the God of Jacob; And he will teach us of his ways, And we will walk in his paths: For the law shall go forth of Zion, And the word of the Lord from Jerusalem.” (Micah 4:2)
